We undertake resource consent applications, environmental monitoring, feasibility studies and due diligence in the Wanaka, Queenstown, Cromwell, Alexandra, Oamaru, Haast, Hokitika, Greymouth and everywhere in between.
A resource consent is the formal approval a Council gives for an activity that might affect the environment and isn't permitted in the District or Regional Plan. There are five types of resource consents:
1. Land use consent for the use of land.
2. Subdivision consent for subdividing land.
3. Water permit for the taking of water.
4. Discharge permit for the discharge of contaminants in water, soil or air.
5. Coastal permit for the use or occupation of coastal space.
