Central Resource Management is a small planning consultancy that has been operating in Wanaka, Otago since 2016. We undertake applications for a number of New Zealand councils including but not limited to:

I have worked in the field of resource management since 2002 in a variety of roles with over 5 years at Queenstown Lakes District Council as a Consents Planner. I have experience in resource consent applications, processing resource consents, reporting to Council, policy writing, water sampling, groundwater and surface water monitoring and air quality testing. I have worked for the property development and housing construction industry for over 7 years so understand how complex and stressful this can be and really enjoy being able to make this part of the process a little less daunting.
My personal interest in flying and sailing has led to me being the ‘go to’ for aviation and water based resource consents in the area.
